I enjoy a lot of type of music! I mostly enjoy genres such as slowcore, post-rock, vaporwave, and vocaloid, but I'll listen to anything.
My favorite vocal synths are Teto Kasane, Luka Megurine, and Elanor Forte, I love them! Especially with how expressive they can be.
My favorite Teto song is probably her Odds & Ends cover, but its hard to choose.
My favorite Luka song is Leia by Yuyoyuppe (ゆよゆっぺ).
My favorite Eleanor song is Weathergirl by Flavor Foley.
Below are my favorite albums, and info about those albums.

Songs About Leaving - Carissa's Wierd | Genre: Slowcore
This album feels like reading a long-gone love letter. It is deeply emotional, but also beautifully structured. It is not album to feel happy while listening, but instead offers a feeling of comfort through its delicately played guitar, and even a piano song. The lyricism is wonderful, and will envoke sentimental feeling from you regardless of if you can relate to what's being said or not. Personally, this album means so much.

Draw - Yuyoyuppe | Genre: Vocaloid
Under their "Draw the Emotional" Alias, firstly the cover art is beautiful... but this isn't an album I think I would like! I like vocaloid, but I don't usually like metal, however Luka's vocals go perfectly with Yuyoyuppes instrumentals. Leia is such a beautiful song, and Reon being written as the response to leia makes it very emotional (lol). Leia might be one of my favorite songs, and the verse at 2:53 might be one of my favorite verses in music.

REGRET WHEN IT WAS LOST - Death's Dynamic Shroud | Genre: Vaporwave
Underrated (not really) masterpiece (yeah really) from Death's Dynamic Shroud. Superb use of samples and it creates a very ethereal experience to me about love and loss. The entire middle section, from "HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN" to "OUROBOROS," is amazing. Also, I barely missed the vinyl release to this by a few minutes and it'll always bum me out :\

Irisu Syndrome! OST - Takeaki Watanabe | Genre: Video game ?
Phenomenal group of piano songs, each are memorable in their own way. Maybe I'm biased because I also really like the game? But "About 10 hours looking at the ceiling" is probably my most listened to song, ever. Its also kinda famous for being sampled a lot, notably by Emray (with a few other songs from this OST btw!). Can't say anything bad about any of the songs though, they're all amazing, Takeaki Watanabe worked magic, highly recommend this album (and play the game!!) if you like piano.

Vicodin Hydrocodone - メディカル | Genre: Instrumental Piano
This is, probably, the most beautiful 20 minutes of piano that I've ever heard. It is so expressive without saying a word, and the musicality of each note pulls you along and immerses you. From the start, the setting is presented to you: the feeling of helplessness, desperation to hope. The music plays on this feeling expertly, and immerses you in the music, with everything it does. The only downside to this album is that I don't like the cover tbh.

Unhappy Refrain - Wowaka | Genre: Vocaloid
Wowaka made some of the most iconic vocaloid songs, and many of them are on this album. Even those not entirely well known are still very well made, and the tuning is just marvelous. Not too much to say about this album, it's just really well made, and it also has Luka on it! I love Luka!

Deathconciousness - Have a Nice Life | Genre: Blackgaze
This is a really heavy album, but also such an enjoyable experience. It has both confomfortinly quiet moments as well as buzzing loud moments that utterly drown you in the noise. It's a rather bleak album contents wise, but tracks such as "Who Would Leave their Son out in the Sun?" paints me a beautiful image of a falling angel with its haunting lyricism. Of course, tracks such as "Bloodhail" and "I Don't Love" are amazing as well, while "A Quick One BEfore the Eternal Worm Devours Connecticuit" shows the bands prowess at making soothing ambient.

Wierd - Sonhos Tomam Conta | Genre: Blackgaze
Wierd is just so severely underrated. It's energetic, and raw, but the sound is just amazing. It's a great blend of noise and emotion. I don't speak portuguese, which most of this album is in, but their voice is great, and I see Sonhos Tomam Conta as a pioneer of such a unique sound.

F# A# ∞ - Godspeed You! Black Emperor | Genre: Post-Rock
From runtime alone, very daunting album, but the spoken word segments mixed with the perfect building of instruments GYBE is able to do creates for a truly unique experience. You can just imagine yourself in some decaying, derelict city. It can be an isolating album, it can be cold, but the sheer powerful emotion GYBE is able to evoke with this work makes every minute worth it.

Either / Or - Elliott Smith | Genre: Indie Folk
Elliott Smith has one of the best voices I've ever heard sing. It's soft and comforting, it makes you feel as if youre laying in a field of flowers. His lyrics are, however, rather sad, but elegantly so. Everything about this album is so tender, and listening just feels truly personal in how each song is presented to you.

Piano Songs - Farewell, Alaska | Genre: Piano Songs
Piano Songs are... piano songs. But, they're very beautiful ones at that. I'm not sure what it is about the cover art and song names, but paired with the music they really evoke a sense of faux nostalgia in me. Not a reminiscing type of nostalgia, but a comforting one, like looking at old grainy images of locations that just look too perfect to be real places, but in the form of music.

モノクロアンダーグラウンド - electripper | Genre: Vocaloid
Wow! Another vocaloid album! This one to me really epitomizes what I like about vocaloid, paired with rock its hard to beat this for me (unless you maybe use shoegaze with vocaloid, mikgazer!). This one is a pretty recent addiction compared to others, but it is just so consistantly good it leaves me constantly asking why can't more vocaloid sound like this?! No hate to the new more pop style most producers end up going for, but electrippers style here is just perfectly what I want.

ロストエデンへのパス - Nmesh, テレパシー能力者 | Genre: Signalwave
Pure immersion and etheralness from this album. This is an album I've fallen asleep to (good thing) and woke up later on in the album feeling like I was truly in the jungle. It is some of the best signalwave (along with CRTparalysis's works) just from how it is able to truly immerse you in the sounds through masterful ambiance.

Sky Hundred - Parannoul | Genre: Shoegaze
Sky Hundred is a truly liberating experience. It seriously fills me with hope. It's made to be an introspective work, but not a somber one. It's loud, like the choir of heaven cheering you on, it's freeing, it's a truly remarkable piece. Please read this blurb on their bandcamp page, it will convey more emotion than I could ever give it justice for.

Bury Me at Makeout Creek - Mitski | Genre: Indie Rock
Mitski creates what is very special music. It can be a bit corny sometimes but it's never not real. Sometimes, it speaks to you in a way that is just what you need to hear. There's also just something about her lyricism that makes so many of her songs catchy, particularly in songs like "First Love/Late Spring" that make them never feel old to listen to while also seemingly always relatable.

Loveless - My Bloody Valentine | Genre: Shoegaze
Loveless is an iconic album, obviously. It creates such a nice sound and just buries you in its embrace. There's a reason they pioneered a whole genre that is still climbing in popularity today! The lyracism on this album is pretty good (when you can make it out), and despite being loveless it is a pretty longing album, and I am always a fan of the theme of love.

囚人 - Desert Sand Feels Warm at Night | Genre: Slushwave
My favorite word from Desert Sand, it is perfect etheralness (have I used this word enough) that just whisks you away into your own world. The album cover really helps this album I feel, and it creates a good setup into the slushwave album experience. Great album from honestly one of the only artists I know that can do this genre just right for me.

The Ghost~Pop Tape - Devon Hendryx | Genre: R&B
Amazing work from Devon Hendryx. This album is so raw, blunt, and honest. It doesn't hide anything, it openly embrasses its brokeness, its flaws, and imperfections, and struggles that Devon Hendryx was going through at the time of this work. The unfilteredness of this album makes it truly unique, and with Devon Hendyx's production talent makes this album truly amazing, especially with the movie, every aspect mentioned of the experience is heightened.

If my voice reaches you... - Silica.cue, Dotvou | Genre: Atmospheric Drum and Bass
Cute album! In a sense. I really like the album cover. The music is, of course, also good! The music almost sounds like the upbeat sections of a visual novel soundtrack, in the best way possible. The use of samples is also good, and you can certainly tell the album is from the late 2000s, in a good way again. Short and sweet album.

Her Abiding Memory - Pitcher56 | Genre: Twee Pop
Graceful album, beautiful, and makes a happy listening experience. There are slower moments compositionally, but it has no bad songs. It's very cutesy and makes me smile just thinking about it, and the cover art is one of the best cover arts that I've seen. The singers voice is very pretty, especially on tracks like "Love Letter" which also has such charmingly emotional lyrics.
Now listening...
